"Sparkly" image during ER?

I'm watching ER on WTMJ-HD via Time Warner (LCD direct view television connected via DVI, if that matters), and I'm getting a "sparkly" image, as in scattered lighter colored pixels located around the dividing point between similarly colored areas. It's especially noticable during primarily darker colored scenes.

Is this my end, or is this the signal that's coming from TMJ? I'm flipping over to the other HD signals, and I'm not seeing the same symptom at all.

It's really kind of annoying... :/

FINALLY someone else notices it!!! I've been noticing this ever since I first got HD, and on tonight's Conan it was worse than ever. I think TMJ4 needs a new HD encoder, or something.
