Massive INHD interference on TWC?

I don't know if this should be in this area or the Tech Issues area, so my apologies if this isn't the right place.

Last night, while browsing my offering of HD channels on TWC, I turned on the NHL game on INHD.  After watching for a minute or two, I started getting massive amounts of interference and loss of audio - basically a breakdown of the entire signal.  Switching over to INHD2, I saw the same thing.  None of the other HD channels had this problem - only these two.  I grumbled a bit to myself, and switched away, thinking it was a temporary thing.

Fast forward to about 15 minutes ago, and I happened to flip to INHD again to check out a football game - same thing.  Again I checked INHD2 - same thing.

Anyone else out there seeing this?  I'm in the New Berlin area, so I don't know if it's just my area, or what.  Looks like I need to call TWC, but I'd like to get some sort of idea what I'm dealing with.  Never had a problem before, and I'm fairly sure I watched something on INHD last Sat night w/o a problem.

Thanks in advance...

This is a technical issue... moved.

Before calling TWC I'd wait and see what a few people here have to say. Chances are this is a signal problem on their end, and if you call them they're just going to want to send a tech out to check your signal strenth.

It's hard to say 17 hours after the fact, but WDJT's analog off-air signal is in the same area of the RF spectrum as the signal for both of the iNHD feeds.  It's possible there is a leak that is letting their off-air signal mix into and on top of the desired signal of iNHD.
I'd  first check for loose fittings and/or a poor quality splitter or crimp-on or push-on F connection in the house.  If all is good inside, it's possible there is a problem outside.  In that case, you would need a service call.
