My dish is now totally out of adjustment (16 year old tried to fix it by twisting it), and I couldn't get more than one of the satellites at a time yesterday.  I never got it adjusted perfectly the first time, and now I just want to hire an expert to come in and do it right.  No tree problems and dish is on a deck, so no climbing required.   I live in central Mequon (Ville du parc).  Any suggestions?  Much appreciated.

Make sure your mounting pole is plum and then try these settings for a rough dish alignment starting point... Azimuth 213°, Elevation 36° and Tilt 68°.
