Irritating blips

I get picture breakups on  the football games.  It'll only occasionally happen on the regular network HD shows. Is this a signal or cable box problem, or would getting Monster cables improve it. TIA

I've having a problem with the ESPN games. Sound going out, picture pixelating. I'm hoping its just ESPN because I'm not having any other problems.
