WITI reception problems

I'm suddenly unable to receive WITI's digital broadcast and I'm trying trying to figure out why.  I'm located just west of Gurnee, IL and have a rooftop antenna with a rotator so I can grab OTA from either Chicago or Milwaukee.

I've been able to receive OTA digital broadcasts from MKE for some time now.  And as recently as when WITI finally bumped up their transmitter I'd get solid signal strengths from all MKE stations (80%+).

I noticed the weekend that GB played the Saints that I was barely able to lock onto WITI.  Now, a week later I'm noticing that regardless of how I point my antenna, WITI's signal never gets above 20% or so.  I see 'ok' signal strengths for 12-1 and 58-1.  4-1 is still very good.

I have no trouble with Chicago digital broadcasts.  I've even looked at analog 32 (WFLD)  to see if there was any interference (I think WITI and WISN are 33 and 34?) and no, the picture is solid.

Any suggestions or ideas?  I'm not terribly interested in an amplifier solution.  I didn't need one all summer - I don't know why I'd need one now.

I just checked and there is no change in the signal strength north of Milwaukee...I find it interesting that you have a change on WITI but not on WISN or WMVS as they are adjacent channels...so if they are both operating at normal power they should be almost identical reception.

Signal strength for 12-1 and 36-1 are pretty decent.  6-1 is absolutely down in the mud.  This is very perplexing as like I stated, when 6-1 finally turned their transmitter on the signal strength I saw was fantastic.  It makes me wonder if their broadcast pattern has been changed.  I was hoping to see if anyone else south of MKE is seeing a similar phenomenon.

I'm about 25 miles south west of the tower in a very difficult reception area and the signal is the same strength here as it has been since they went to hi-power.
