Quote from: JimboyI was shifting the delay adjustments last night a little.  If you didn't see a problem before you would have last night.  Settings went back to normal at 9:05pm.

Tonight I'm testing the settings in the other direction from its normal setting. So again if you didn't see a problem before you might see it tonight.  Just testing.

I noticed it last night on Everwood. Video was ahead of the audio. It was much more noticeable than most times. I have a MyHD card with optical out audio going to a receiver and RGB going to a tube HDTV.

I haven't watched Charmed from Sunday to compare the sync between Sunday and the settings you adjusted last night.

I'm just so happy that there is someone willing to actually tweak the system to make us happy.

I'll report back on tonight's sync settings.

I second that!

The sync on tonight's Gilmore Girls is spot-on!! I guess the default delay was the best. :D

I haven't watched Pepper Dennis yet, but I'll report back.

The Bedford Diaries was spot on last night. Still haven't watched Pepper Dennis from Tue night.

Well I'm on my new system, using a brand new Sherwood receiver... recorded Pepper Dennis into my DVR from OTA... and the sync seems quite off. Did anything change, or is it still on that default delay?

UPDATE: The sound happens slightly before the picture.

Why would I change anything after it was determined it was good?

Sorry, just figured I'd check. Anyone else notice this? It's not as if my setup is so unusual or anything, and when we were checking for sync last time, I just used my hdtv's built-in sound, since I figured my older receiver might be adding more decoding delay than a newer one, but now I have a brand new one, and the issue's back. Sigh.

I'll watch closely on Everwood tonight.
