CBS58 Shuts down HD feed in final set of US Open!!!

I was flipping back and forth between the Packer game and the tennis match. I don't remember seeing any SD from the US Open.  When in the last set did it occur?

With Federer up 4-0 the feed went SD.

They were running a scrolling news banner on the bottom of the screen.  From what I understand they have to switch out of HD in order to do that.
