Hmmm. My one Hughes receiver is getting mid nineties, the Samsung gets low sixties. But the one thing both do the same is drop the volume in half.
Why is that? Why is the digital volume less than the analog counter part?

How long did we wait to see this?...  It is beautiful!!!

I just tried 6.1 on my tv and it says No Signal.  I guess I'll have to call my antennae installer and find out what's going on.

Maybe I'm the only one, but my signal strength is primarily in the mid-nineties but will drop down to the 50s and 60s a few times per minute.

This is not the case for all of the other full-power stations.

Are we sure that they've gone full power and also installed the new antenna?  My fluctuating signal strength looks to me like they've only done one of the two.

I'll quote myself - what a moron - I didn't add the channel to the digital list on my tv if that makes sense.

Now, everything's fine.  Too bad I didn't figure it out earlier so I could have watched Prison Break in HD.

My guess is that you have an obstruction in your path, or a receiving a multipath signal.  The signal here in Cedarburg is a constant 90 to 92, with no changes occurring.

Checked last night and I am receiving about a 95% signal.

I found out that one of my connections was loose. :blush:

My TV said low signal until I forced it to rescan.  Then it "found" it.  I didn't check the strength (it's complicated to do with my TV), but the picture is nice and solid.  Wahoo!  Now I can get rid of those horrible analog stations.   :D

I'm getting 100% on fox 6 about 1.5 - 2 miles from the tower. I'm also getting 100% on cbs58.

TMJ used to be the higest at 93%, but now its in the middle  {cheers}
