OTA CSI in HD, TWC not the case

CSI is in HD OTA tonight, but not on TWC.

I'm on TWC, analog QAM. I haven't seen HD on WDJT CBS-58 since Monday. It's been a digital 480i signal since sometime on Tuesday. I put in an email to TWC customer service today, haven't heard back.

Explain further... 'analog QAM'?  :confused:
If you are using a QAM tuner and not a digital set top, you could be tuned to the wrong CBS.  There is an SD and and HD feed on the system.

I should have said "analog + QAM" or something. I mean I'm using a QAM tuner on analog, standard cable service, which will tune the unencrypted digital channels without a digital cable box.

Yes, there is a digital SD WDJT channel as well. My set shows this as 106-10. Since Tuesday sometime, WDJT HD (0-505 on my set) is showing the same 480i signal as the SD channel. It's timeshifted by a second or two, so it's not the identical signal, but it's the same quality and resolution. Both are clearer than the NTSC/analog channel 5.

It's easy to see that it's not HD on my set because SD is displayed differently than HD - grey side bars or zoomed instead of black sidebars and no zoom possible. It might be harder to notice with a set-top box if the box rescales everything to 720p or 1080i. In that case, unless you are expecting full widescreen HD, like CSI, you might not notice the difference.

I assume that the signal I see as WDJT HD channel 0-505 is exactly the same signal digital cable box users see as WDJT HD 505, but I don't know that for sure. I also don't know if my Muskego feed is the same as everyone else's. So I don't know if this is TWC-wide digital cable problem, or just QAM in Muskego, or something in between.

WDJT was back this morning on channel  103-1 with the normal 1080 stream also correctly identified as WDJT   on TWC their sister station WMLW was on 103-3 with WISN on 103-2 all correctly identified
