I have a 1954 Philco refrigerator with its original manual. I'm thinking it might be worth something (the thing is mint!).

Anyone know someone who might want it or how I can find out if its worth anything? {fart}

There is some store in Bayview on KK Ave. that looks like they had alot of vintage stuff.  I can't rember the name off hand, but it's between Oklahoma and Lincoln Ave right on KK.

If it is a 1954 philco it has a V handle and opens from both sides.  I have been looking for one for a while.  I came accross your post doing a search for one.  If you can please send me a photo.  I'd like to see it before I pay to have it shipped to Phoenix AZ.

Heys guys!  Thanks for the cool compliments on my Craigerators.  I'm located in Los Angeles but found my stuff on HDTV Milwaukee.  Check out the latest I'm working on in this months FHM Magazine.  It's a Keystone Light Fridge with Speakers and music activated neon.

As for the V handle Philco, I've got a line on several in LA.  I also share info on kegerators if anyone is interested.

Good luck!

Yes, I think so.  I would say the range for one is $200-$400 as is.  $3500 - $4000 with a nut and bolt pro restoration.

The V handles were cool, but Philco (Ford) stop making them because they fall off their hinge system.  Essentially they were falling off and hurting kids.

The hinge system also can easily break.  If you have one in A top condition, It would be around $400 as is.

Good luck!

Could you indulge me a lil on that?

She's in awesome shape- it even looks like the original gasket! The inside looks just as good as our regular fridge.

I need money for a nice stainless steel fridge thats energy efficient.
