I just picked up one of these guys today.  I was actually just looking for a remote extender but opted to go with the LF-30S because it was still within my budget and ($85 shipped from online or $100 at bestbuy for the impatient folks).  The cable that I ran between two rooms (so I can use one cable box w/ 2 TVs) was a bit noisy so I decided to give the LF-30S a try.

The LF-30S is a wireless video transmitter/receiver and remote extender all in one.  Simply connect any device with composite video and audio to the transmitter unit.  Then connect the receiver into any TV that has a cable input or composite video/audio input.  Aim the antennas of each unit and you got a wireless video/audio connection.  Addtionally, the "reciever" will transmit remote activity back to the "transmitter" so it also acts as a multiroom remote extender.

The quality is decent, well as cood as composite gets.  Its also better than the alternative of running coax.  Also I have seen a few brief glitches but they are so quick and infrequent that they are not distracting.  Then again, I have not tried reaiming the antennas which may fix the problem.   The device certainly exceded my expectations.  I recommend it to anyone who is looking to retransmit an audio/video signal.
