TWC CBS 58 HD/Sound Flutter

Any1 experience a fluctuation in sound volume watching CBS 58 HD on TWC. It does not happen on the analog (regular 58) or any other channel. This is with a Scientific Atlanta box...recent install.

Yes, I think it happens to me sometimes. Maybe try rebooting your box?

Any reported off-air issues relating to this?  I only notice it on network feeds, not local news etc...  CBS is supposed to have a nation-wide problem although I never could get a solid confirmation.

It happens to me all the time. Normal volume then low volume then normal volume. It does it all the time. I have a Pioneer HD box from TW.
