I just looked at some topo's, and you seem to be behind that hill at Capitol Drive, and Brookfield Rd.  The TV towers are pretty much due east from you at about 18 miles.  I would suggest putting up a good quality UHF antenna for the HD signals right away, considering it will be on a two story house.  I do wish you well!
