FOX NASCAR Race

What was going on with our local FOX (6.1) station Sunday?  The NASCAR race was fed in HD in many areas around the country but the first hour or so here in Milwaukee was in SD.  What is the cause for miscues like this?

I get the impression that they really don't seem to care much about the service they are providing. Maybe I need to try to get get a waiver and get my feed from DTV.  

Is there any place to formally complain?  I did attempt to call the station several times but I guess they don't staff the place on Sunday.

Try and call on Monday. Although I'm pretty sure they're aware of the problem. just not sure they're going to do anything bout it.

I do know it was NOT a network problem.

I switched to DTV CH. 88 (FOX New York) and the picture and audio were fine.

I agree, it was a local problem only as it was on the D* Fox E feed.
