So how did your PVR do?

I noticed TitanTV screwed up as did Time Warner's TV guide. Without multiple tuners I would have missed the start of Survivor by 1 min as it started before CSI normally starts at 8:00, but everything else is fine. CBS shows will need to be renamed, though.

Did Tivo get the times right in time?

My DVR continued to record the Prez indicating it was Will and Grace and Joey, though it was not....then proceeded to record Without a Trace even though it was not, recording instead the show previous...UGH!
I hope they show these shows in another time slot, soon as a catchup.

My DVR recorded Survivor when it was supposed to be CSI. I am so pissed.

I had a feeling that was gonna happen... and I wanted make sure I got Survivor and CSI... so I tivo'ed Survivor, CSI and Without A Trace.

Now I have Survivor,  saved as CSI, and CSI saved as Without a Trace.  And it happened on both the DTV Tivo in the bedroom, and the TWC DVR in the lviving room... But none of them start or end on time... all shifted a minute or two.

Unfortunately I was not home and had no chance to change any programming to compensate. I sure wish the guides could be a little more "live time" to keep up with on the fly programming changes like ball game overtime and other unscheduled events.

I missed a lot of "Cold Case" this season because of football overtime. After a while, I just programmed "Cold Case" to always record one hour too long. Unfortunately you can not always do that as it will get into the next hour of programming.

The Without a Trace episode that was bumped is running this WEDNESDAY, MAY 4. Yep, WEDNESDAY. Another new episode on Thursday.

YES, it was missed by me as it did not air at the correct time, my DVR did not record the program. I got Survivor instead.

I understand what you are saying though. It would be nice if they re ran it for all those people like me. I think the number of people that record, whether it is DVR or TIVO or just a VCR is a pretty large number.

My family just got back from a 2 week trip to the UK and sat down to watch Survivor only to find the President.  So, DirecTivo did not get it right, and being away we had no idea this was going to happen so we could not compensate for it.

We're just a little PO'd.  I think this is probably only the seconf time in a year or so that we have actually missed something due to a scheduling change.

Anybody happen to have a copy of Survivor laying around?  Otherwise I'll have to torrent it...  (And I like to be a legally abiding citizen   )

Sorry!  Since I don't care about many OTA shows (Malcom in the Middle, That 70's Show, and Enterprise are all I watch), I just deleted the message after glancing at it.  I'm not sure what shows it listed as re-running over the next week.
