Mhz40 seemed to be "hinting" a while back ago that this is/will/could be coming to Milwaukee TWC soon. We can only hope!

If that is all TWC can come up with is another way for me to spend more on cable with HD PPV, forget it.
Why don't they offer Cinemax HD since Time Warner owns the darn company?
For an extra $5 a MONTH, I can get more movies in HD than just one PPV per month at almost the same price if I would already have HBO or Showtime, if I didn't subscribe to Cinemax already, IMO.

I would take a month of Cinemax HD over a one-time per month on a HD PPV channel for the same price, in other words.

It also seems sort of lame (and late), now with Dish offering Voom's 10 HD channels for an addtional $5  over the their $10 standard HD package...again, my thoughts.

It would be a another option for people that go out and rent newer releases, like Blockbuster. The price is about the same. I wonder if you can tape the on-demand movies to your DVR.

I see most movies before they get to PPV, so I could care less about this service even if it's HD.  Now if TWC had something like Blockbuster's $15/month unlimited movie deal, I might like it.  I'm thinking we won't see that anytime soon though.  I'd much rather see the Voom channels added than HD PPV.

Without a doubt this would be #1 on my TWC wish list!!

No! You get a message 'unrecordable channel". You can however with the right hookup record on demand movies to your vcr.

Saw this as a note on this month's statement.  It would seem like an odd move on its own and makes me think it was done for a reason.

Like adding PPV on 500-502

I just got my May due date statement from TWC - paper version.
I did not see this on it at all.

Where did you see this and what statement date amnddue date
do you have that would make it appear on yours?  Anybody else got this?

If that is true, usually TWC would indicate why rather than just that.

Your assumption may be valid, but if it is really HD PPV on say, 500 (or more channels) it will go unwanted and noticed by this subscriber.

I saw that note about HBO and Showtime moving too and thought it might be a sign of more HD channels comming.  Lets hope.
