Problems with CBS HD from TW

I have been having problems when trying to view CBS HD through a TW Pioneer cable box. The picture keeps breaking up (looks like large digital pixels all over the screen). This has been happening for about two weeks now. All other local HD stations from TW are working just fine. I was wondering if any one else has had this problem or if I could possibly have a bad cable box. Thanks.
