They finally did but now my recording isn't all HD.....love the show and have the DVR setup to catch it all the time in case I forget...too bad TMJ doesn't have something to automatically switch it.

I don't think it's them. I couldn't verify to be 100% for sure tonight because I was using my Mac to PVR Lost/Alias/Eyes at the time. When the local screws up I can see several lines of white garbage at the top usually on any device with all NTSC network video sources. I couldn't see the garbage tonight with my MYHD but I didn't have the cable or my other EyeTV live window on to be certain.

NBC is pulling a WISN nationally this week. They did the same thing with Leno last night where it started ATSC 4:3 then local went to a NTSC upconvert after or while the 4:3 ATSC feed froze completely. They switched back when NBC turned on Leno HD after the break. Las Vegas and Medium weren't shown in HD either this week.

Just after I posted here, I dropped their engineer an email politely requesting they flip the switch for HD.  Less than a minute later it was.  Probably a coincidence.
