OTA EPGs and Daylight Savings Time

Some of the over the air programming guides are inaccurate since daylight savings time.  Off the top of my head I think the culprits are 58-1/58-2 and 10-1+  55-1 surprisingly shows the right time, but the date is off by a number of days (and of course there is no programming guide).

Are these programming guides created by computers?  You would think all of this stuff would be automatic, but apparently it's not.  In some respects digital TV seems behind the times, instead of leading edge.

55 has other PSIP issues they don't comply with standard for defining the data which was set up by the FCC.  It just shows you how little control the FCC has over the rules they make.  On the other hand I did notice that the data for 58 was off by an hour.  it gets worse if you are on a channel that has the wrong time as well and look at other stations they end up being off by the cumulative amount.
