Crappy analog on has always been TWC's rap on channels 1-100.  According to Tim Cuprisin's column this morning, they've decided to start broadcasting local channels 4, 6 and 58 as SD digital for subscribers with digital boxes.

I guess we won't see the other 97 channels a crisp and clear as they are on DirecTV until "competition heats up,"  whatever that means...  :rolleyes:
