Channel 12 Audio Level

Is it just my equipment, or is channel 12's audio level extremely low when not broadcasting HD programs???  I'm getting it OTA right now.  I didn't have any problems when I had TWC.

it's because they pass 5.1 sound when there really isn't one so the sounds is a lot more muffled when it doesn't come thru the right speakers.. at least that's the way I see it.
