When the time comes when TWC actually adds 518 & 524 I'll just ignore it.  Because if and when they do announce it, I'll know its bogus.

Add 518 and 524 to our HD package to cover costs demanded from Sinclair for those who want them...!

518 and 524 are like all of the TWC HD channel listings-ones that follow the HD 500 range and then the analogue channel assignment numbering.

If Sinclair Broadcast Group wants its 50 cents a channel from us monthly and that means 12 bucks a year (for both) until analogue broadcasting ends, so be it...!
Still cheaper than an antenna (for some of us). :bang:

$12 a year?  I don't think I watch enough of those channels to cover that cost. Give me ESPN 2 HD and you can have those 2 channels.

Maybe TWC should raise it rates to reflect adding ESPNHD2 so you enjoy the complete ESPNHD package both 1 and 2 by itself so the rest of us can watch more HD programming in primetime without those silly sidebars ESPNHD1 has almost 24/7, unless you factor in the always-reliable "SportsCenter" in actual HD...wow!

I'm pretty sure if I held my breath waiting for these to actually be added, I'd be dead...    :blush:

I do have a small OTA antenna (silver sensor) to pick up these stations, but it doesn't work, of course, with the HD-DVR.

Right now, the shows I watched on "The WB" are either not on or in reruns, strange...maybe the network cancelled them or are waiting for the April or May shows to start up again.  :rolleyes:
Great you can use your silver sensor antenna...but it doesn't record to the HD DVR ...doesn't Sinclair recognize that when it asks for cash and TWC when it fights with them? :mad:
UPN is almost done with "Enterprise", so maybe HDNET will get it to show in HD...one can only hope...then the lack of HD from TWC from the maybe-future- channel "524" will be more or less meaningful...

I actually emailed HDNet suggesting that they pick up Enterprise once it's cancelled. I have a feeling they will. (I also suggested shows like Dark Angel and Firefly)

You read my mind or we are of the same mind...Enterprise in HD (from the beginning (in HD?) plus Jessica Alba (Dark Angel)   and Firefly in HD or at very least an upconvert from awful TWC analogue 18 has my vote!
