Also looking for a used OTA HDTV tuner

I see that this was just done recently, but I'm in a similar situation so I'm starting another thread.  I'm hoping someone has upgraded from an older HDTV tuner and is looking to get rid of the older one and make some money from it.  I'd like to spend around $100.  I just can't really afford to spend more than that right now.  I can pay cash, as well as pick up from anywhere reasonably near Milwaukee.
