Recording Super Bowl XXIX - Help!

My brother records the Super Bowl every year, and has for about the last 10 years.  This past Super Bowl he didn't set the recorder correctly and he didn't record it.  Do any of you guys out there have it recorded?  All he really needs is it on a VCR tape in SD (he can send you a blank tape to record it), but if you have an HD copy of it in MPEG form (or any other format that his computer can read), he can send you a DVD to burn it on (would it even fit on a DVD?).  Any help is really appreciated!!!
