Good article!  That continues to be one of my gripes with WITI and WISN.  By leaving a loophole in the requirement for May 1, 2002 simulcasting, those of us that want to watch need to go through a pretty thorough install process if you're not really close to the signal source.

I know it costs more money to broadcast at higher power, but just wait until they have to pay for the broadcast spectrum as well.

I watch more TV now than I ever did, and have more people over to see digital (and usually HD) TV in a non showroom setting (ie. real world).  Yes, Flanner's theaters are nice, but they are put together to sell products.  I put my theater together as an average guy, if I can do it, lots of others can too.
