I did not manage to see the mini-series on NBC over the weekend but I think its replaying on SciFi tonight before the series starts on Friday.  Anyway, it looks darker than the original and I was wondering about one important piece of information.  Is Muffet II in the series?  IIRC, Muffet was Boxeys (real) dog that died in the Cylon invasion and then they ended up building Muffet II which provided quite a bit of comic relief in the original series.

No muffet (yet).  The NBC version of the pilot was chopped to pieces anyway, watch the SciFi version (even though it's not HD for most of us).
