No More FOX HD LA Feed

I was receiving both channels 88 & 89 until I got my latest bill from D*. As it turns out the only way to get both supposedly is to also get the SD feeds which is about $3 a month.
Back when I called to get the FOX HD feed the CSR was confused (imagine that being possible!) and requested a waiver for FOX which was granted. Once you have the waiver and get the SD feeds you can also get both HD feeds. Now they tell me that without the SD feeds I only am eligible for the closest market (NY).

I might consider going back to them in September and paying for the SD feeds - it would allow me to watch up to 3 different FOX HD NFL games at a time on Sundays. That would be worth $3 a month.
