For sale:

1 Sony STR-DE545 100w 5.1 Home Theater Receiver

4 Boston Acoustic CR6 surround speakers

1 Boston Acoustic CR2 center speaker

1 Boston Acoustic PV400 powered sub

2 speaker floor stands

All items are like brand new. Only used for about a year, then stored. I was hoping to setup a second HT in the living room, but have decided against it.

This is a great way to get started with better than average 5.1 surround at entry level pricing.

Whole package for $550.

I'll post pictures if anyone's interested.

Hmmm... no one seems to be interested. Maybe you could help me figure out why? Is it the price or just that it's not what anyone here is looking for?

This would be a great starter set for that son or daughter who is just getting setup. Or a friend. Or, that second TV room.

I was very pleased with this system while I used it. That is, until the "upgrade-itis" set in.  :)

Thanks for your thoughts.

The real problem could be that you can get a better set up for about $300-$400.

Mark Strube

Yeah, even though Boston Acoustic is a great brand, since it's used you're going to have to knock the price to at most $300 before I could see anyone showing interest.  :(
