wavy lines on HDDVR

Hi,
You guys have been great with problems in the past, perhaps you can shed some light on this...I had a second TW HD DVR installed...all was good for a couple days and then started getting these really wavy lines near the bottom of the picture..not constantly...just about half the time...the lines are not as frequent when watching an HD broadcast, but still there..much more frequent when watching non HD..Thanks for any help.

Assuming you are using component...
try new cables and/or different component input on your TV... or you may have a bad DVR.
Those are on my short list of guesses.

This may or may not be the same thing you're thinking of, but I see something similar on mine sometimes, and it looks to me like it might be ground noise.  I see it more on SD info than on HD material, but it's probably happening on both.  When I'm in SD mode, I see it a LOT.
