Does anyone else have pixelation problems with the wide view camera on Fox Sports Channel 531 on Time Warner Cable?

I have been getting a lot of this lately from TWC, mostly on HBO and Showtime

I've noticed that the wide wiew of the game is not very good for being HD.  I also notice a lot of pixelation type problems.  Close ups look great but the regular view is well below par.  On the other hand, the Oregon State-Notre Dame  bowl game on ESPN-HD looked incredible (especially compared to the Bucks game).

To me, the Bucks game looked like something was hindering it's bandwidth, or there was too much compression.  Once the camera stopped moving, the picture was tolerable, but as soon as people started moving quick, or the camera panned (for instance, the area around the Bucks symbols on the ground would show major compression artifacts), the picture got horrible.

Here's another question that could actually have ties to the problem we're talking about.  I noticed INHD had the game listed too, although when I checked the channel (I only checked it once), there was no broadcast.  Maybe the game was being blacked out because our Fox Sports HD had it.  Anyhow, the rest of the country probably DID get the game via INHD.  Does anyone know what feed INHD would carry...would they be using their own cameras and equip to cover the game IN ADDITION to what FSN was using, or would they piggyback on FSN to carry the game?  If they were sharing anything, any possibility that cut down the bandwidth enough to give us an inferior picture?

I'm pretty sure INHD uses the same broadcast/cameras as the local broadcast does (even same announcers).  They simply just broadcast the FSN feed to the country.

I am curious if the games looked this compressed to the rest of the viewers.  I aslo noticed it really only got bad during any kind of motion, which is of course most of the time for a BB game.  The other Bucks games have looked similar, so I doubt it had anything to to with the INHD broadcast.
