CBS (Weigel), D* and Tivo -- Whose fault???

I just installed a Samsung SIR-TS360, and I was not surprised to find the CBS channels -- 58-1, 58-2, 58-3, etc. all lined up correctly, with programming info. matching.

Meanwhile, back at the Tivo ranch, 58-1 shows up as 1-1 without programming information, and from 58-2 on, all the information is mis-matched by one slot.

So,..... whose fault is it, and more to the point, how can we get it fixed?  That is, who can we complain to, or will it just "happen" some day soon?

A clear explanation and some advice will both be appreciated.

The Samsung is working correctly.  The TIVO has a known issue and has been discussed on this forum.  I"m not sure if there is a fix, since I do not have this box.  Try a search and see what you can find.  Also there was some information on //www.tivocommunity.com
