I'm suddenly getting these channels on a rescan with my UHF only antenna at very good levels. If not this elgato firmware update must have given me a fifth generation HD tuner solution. :D

I've been using a UHF only antenna as well received it pretty well for the most part but there were times when I lost signal... with a vhf antenna the signal stabilizes a lot more.

Has anyone noticed that OTA channel ten is no longer 10.1 etc but 80.1, etc? When did this happen? Is it permanent or because of some experimentation that they are doing? I called 10/36 on Friday and told me that they HAVE NOT changed frequency. That sure seems strange!

For me they come up as 8-1, 8-2, etc.  They used to be remapped to 10-1, 10-2, etc.

Any word on this??  Mine remapped it to 8-1 etc..as well???

Hopefully they will end the 3 hour delay.  And put back their program guide data.  While they are at it, might as well throw up a programming guide for 36-1.  And maybe move the DD 5.1 equipment over to 36-1 too.

I won't hold my breath on any of these.

I agree I would like them to get rid of the 3hr delay.. not that it makes such a huge difference but it would be nice.  Particularly since I don't watch regular channels any more.. I'm happy to be 100% digital.  It's been stable enough for me to not have to go back to analog.

New rescan and they now show up as 36-1  and then 56 through 62. Interesting.

The station PSIP computer system had crashed.  It was fixed yesterday.
