As far as I can tell, it doesn't say you have to be a new subscriber to HBO get this deal.

1) Order HBO online or call your service provider before 11/30/04.
2) Pay your first month's bill, dated after 10/1/04.
3) Mail HBO a copy of your bill, along with your name and address on a 3x5 card.
