I am new to this...looking for some help or advice.  I am in Erin, 5 miles west of Holy Hill.  I receive terrestrial HD signals from Milwaukee stations on my DTV receiver, but analog via the satellite.  4-1, all the Ch 10s and 12-1 are fine, but 6-1 never.  Annoying since all of the Packers and the World Series are/were on Fox.  Any idea how to try for a Madison or Green Bay signal?

Welcome.  I think your best bet for your location is to try and get Fox 47 (DT 11) from Madison. We need to know what kind of antenna you are  using. Indoor or outdoor? UHF only or UHF/VHF? Fox 6 is fairly weak at your location so even with a rooftop antennal you may be out of luck. Fox from Madison is high power and much easier to receive.

Thanks for the reply Kevin,  I have a rooftop VHF/UHF.  no rotor...didn't need one before as I thought Milwaukee signals would suffice.  I also do not have an amplifier on the atenna signal.  Friends have suggested I try one.

I'm also located in Hartford but way up on the north side 4.5 miles west of Allenton. After much tweaking and installing a CM4221 in my attic I now get a 65% steady signal on 6-1. I'm located up on a hill with a clear view, you may need to get your antenna higher.

Go Pack in Hi-Def!!
