Does anyone know how I can get the HD oval dish for free?

My buddy has a RCA Scenium TV with the OTA and the Directv HD box built in. All he needs to recieve HD is an OTA antenna (which I already gave him) and a 3 lnb oval dish (plus the directv HD package). He has had the tv for 3 years and not had HD. So very sad. What do you want for it? Let me know and I will convince my friend to buy it.
