4 and 12 OTA issues resolved?

When I left for the 2004 World Champion Boston Red Sox 5 million man Rolling Rally, yesterday(Thurs), both 4 and 12 HD OTA were off as well as 512 on TWC. All others including 6, 18, 36, and 58 were on. I'm curious because I had set my HTMac HDPVR to record a few shows in the interim.

Didn't see a mention so I assume this was a lunchtime upgrade of sorts.

Not sure about WISN's problems, but WTMJ was doing some scheduled tower work.
