Fox 6 HD logo cut off?

I'm watch Fox 6 on TWC channel 506 and at times there is a logo in the very lower right that says

fox 6
milwaukee
WITI DT

The bottom 1/2 of the WITI DT part is cut off.  Just wondering if that is happening to those with an OTA signal, or if it's a TWC problem, or maybe a problem with the specific box that I have (HD DVR)

I'm fine with it being there. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a problem with my tv

FOX has stuck it down there for some reason. It is the same with all the splicers. If you have a set with overscan it is cut off. If your set doesn't have overscan you see the whole bug.

technically this isn't true. the VERY bottom of the logo is cut off on the stream. I mean you can still see part of Milwaukee, but it is definitely cut off.. At least was the last packer game I pulled from the Tivo.

Not on mine but then I am looking at a different bug and different splicer, but all the bugs are the same size and they go at the same X/Y coordinates in all the spicers and my set has less than .5% overscan. YMMV

I'm talking about the actual MPEG extracted from my Tivo, not on my set.

On my set I can see the bottom pretty well, it's cut off on the right side a bit though.  I don't know my exact overscan plus how the 720p is being converted to my 1080i display.

I do like how Fox placed the bug.  Hopefully other networks will follow suit.

FOX6 just recently updated their corner logo. Now it's a small little box that says FOX6 HD and none of it is cut off. It takes about the same space as the last one (it's about the size as the last one was when cut off) and it looks much nicer.
