HD Baseball!!!

Wow, I watched my first HD baseball game last night on Fox!!!  I'm not much of a baseball fan, but this was incredible.  I don't know if you guys are familiar with the Fox Widescreen Low Resolution sports coverage.  That's how they covered baseball up until tonight.  If you never had the "pleasure", it looks about the same as the blimp shots on Monday Night Football....

So when I saw the HD logo on TitanTV I thought there was a good chance it would be the Widescreen SD crap again.  Nope, I was totally blown away!  It is absolutely incredible the difference HD makes for this sport!  Maybe even a little too much reality with the spitting and batting helmets, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, if you get a chance, definitely check out a Fox HD baseball game.  Make sure you use the additional effort to turn on your receiver to hear the 5.1 sound instead of just listening through the TV speakers.

Yeah it's really something to see!  HD really makes a lot of difference in watching sports!  Too bad the Pack are playing so badly, it's hard to watch them on HD. :mad:
