... and haven't seen it since.  All my HD channels are out on my SA 3100 box.

Anyone else having this problem?

Called a CSR and was told there was a problem... was put on hold... then disconnected.

Called back and the next CSR told me there was no problem and they would need to send someone out to look at it or I could pick up a new box.

I know the problem is on their end, I still am getting the guide info when I switch to those channels... and audio.. but no HD picture.

This blows.

No problems I am aware of...  the tuner must have enough signal if your sound is working.  It also rules out a systemic problem affecting everyone.  I'd suspect a bad set top or other issue between the set top and TV.
I ran on a call from a friend last night... he was missing video on WITI HD and one or two other channels.  When I arrived, the set top was configured to send 720p natively... his set only accepts 1080i.  I changed the preference and everthing was fine.

With the exception of a few times that the sound went out during the pregame every was fine.

I DID get a lot of skips and drops on 504 last night... but that's another thread. ;)

Well, I checked it before I went to bed last night and the pic was back.  I had lost all my HD pictures but not the audio.

And, for a short while I had "HIT EXIT TO VIEW HIGH DEFINITION" on my whole screen. (the words you see on the preview window in the interactive guide with the SA box)

Someone must've tripped over a cord over at TWC.

Probably for the better, I might have thrown the remote through the TV with the end of that Packer game.

well, at least you didn't drop $100 for tickets and make an almost 6 hour roundtrip to have it be your first packer game ever. :(

That's why we always reserve a hotel room waaay ahead of time. The Hilton is the best one there... the new Tundra hotel is 2nd best, although a lot of noisy/annoying kids there.

I'm getting a feeling of Deja Vu... The Packers got me hooked in 1967, then Lombardi left and Starr retired, and it was the beginning of a long, long period of agony... although I never missed a game in all those years.

Hope we're not headed into another 30 years of frustration.

I think it's time that Sherman be required to give up one of his jobs with the Packers, I am yet undecided which one he does better at.  I'm leaning towards him giving up the coaching job.

The reason for the cutout of HD on TWC late in the game was an Amber Alert.  I switched to CBS during a commercial late in the game and they covered the screen with a big Amber Alert message.  I switched back to Fox and the picture cut out almost immediately and was replaced with a Amber Alert message and the TWC menu bar said "Press Exit To View HD Content" or something like that.  I switched to standard def, bypassing the cable box, since I didn't have my cable box remote handy and my normal remote doesnt have an Exit button programmed.  CBS had the Amber Alert on their SD channel as well, but no other channels did.

No, I dropped $240 bucks on tickets and 14 hours round trip for my first packer game ever last weekend in Indy.
