man.. what an episode.. my only regret is that in a moment of stupidity I decided to delete it.. I went back to undelete it only to find that after suggestions my Tivo is filled up and the episode was already overwritten..

anyway, THANK YOU AGAIN WVTV!!! Really, at this point for me all pasts sins are forgiven..

god we HD nuts are fickle.. :p

so was flying as cool as anyone here was hoping? I know for me it surpassed my expectations.

Actually, it was Kal-El that flew, getting technical about it. The Kryptonian took over and repressed Clark.

Without giving the episode away, his Mom asks him later about it, to which he responds that he does not know how to fly, but now he knows it's *possible*.

You really need to catch a rerun, though.

Yes it's a excellent show.  I wish I would have seen past episodes.  That would help it to make more sense.  Still cool to watch.  Is Erica Durance Lois Layne?  She had some knockers when she came to visit Clark's Mom while he was gone.

Margot Kidder on there was cool.. and her comment about her and "Chritopher Revee" in a "different life".

Him flying was done VERY well... I was hoping for Neo flight, just because that was the only recent flying we have been given and it was decent. This was WAAAYY past that. This was just awesome. They did a great job.

I was bumming. No Smallville HD for me. For whatever reason, all of a sudden I can't get Fox6 or WB18 digital any more. I even tried reaiming the antenna last night to no avail.

So... I settled for LOST in HD and Smallville on SD Tivo.  Lost kicked butt.

borghe usually has all the tricks to grab things...maybe even Lois Lane...note the other 2 were also Lois Lane in the original movies, including the one that is the mother of Clark....

As for HD, still waiting for it...Steve Mann...doesn't Directv have channel 18 regular for locals for your area so your SD Tivo could pick it up?  Additionally, the show used to repeat early Sunday evenings, at least last season it did!

For the rest of you just coming on board with the Smallville show, HDNET will start the series in HD shortly, at least that is what the channel is advertising...

Yup, I got Smallville via SD Tivo. I watched it right after Lost. But, I was hoping to see Lois, Lana et al in glorious HD for the first time.

Well, that makes two of us unless Sinclair stops trying to charge TWC for HD channels...like it does the whole country.

Nevertheless, both women that were in the show last night, including Clark's mother were Lois Lane from the original movies I found out....cool...they don't look so bad...just older.

Isn't Clark's mom the one who played Lana Lang in one of the Superman movies ? Margot Kidder always played Lois Lane.

Sure enough....According to IMDB.com Annette O'Toole played Lana Lang in Superman III. So basically in last nights episodes, you had both of Superman's love interests on....pretty neat-o...

see my first post.. in a moment of weekness I deleted the episode and my Tivo is so full it immediately recovered the deleted space (who says 63 HD hours is enough)...

so alas no HD screen caps from this one.

if anyone REALLY wants caps from now on I will generally keep shows on for now like a day or two. My watching consists mainly of

Any other special requests you think you might want capped let me know. I also usually have a week or two worth of packer games on right now also.. I'm having a little trouble pulling those off (at least the MNF game) possibly because of their size though so for those I make no guarantees...

I can't believe Lex had Lionel shived.. I mean wow!!!!! Guess Lex as the unfortunate but good guy is going away.....

was a bit too soon to bring chloe back but at least lionel is now in prison (and found guilty)
