CBS TWC HD channel 505 sound

Is it my new TV or is TWC's HD ch. 505's sound going up and down?
I am going crazy using the remote to lower and higher the volume.  The commercials are the worst. I seem to get it on 505 and 506 the most.

It appears to be a problem with TWC as I talked with 58 the other day as TWC was complaining to them and said it was their feed.  However their tests and my tests showed that the OTA signal audio is proper.  So I guess until TWC realizes that the problem is theirs and not WDJT's, TWC subscribers will suffer.
