Why no 58-1?

How come I can get all the channels including FOX 6 here, except for 58-1?  I've got  an 8 bowtie ChannelMaster atop a 10 foot mast on my single story home.

Try Scanning for 1.1 or 46.1 That helped me with my Samsung HDTV Reciver back in the day. The HD transmitter may also be at a lower power or down for some technical reason.
