CBS giving 'HD" a bad reputation

I tuned in to see how Whistling Straits looks in HD.  I was stunned to see the vast amount of just horrible SD cameras.  Some were unwatchable, where you would be much better off on the analog 58 channel.  I am extremely disappointed.  I think it's actually worse than the Faux widescreen sports.

On a bright note the true HD cameras produced stunning images, as would be expected.  Though the HD cameras are not nearly plentiful enough.  Not even close.

You beat me to the punch Starving...

I just sat down to write the same post.  It's almost worse going back and forth.  It seems they have at least twice as many SD cameras, making most of the "action" blurry and grainy.

Ahhh the growing pains of any new technology...

I would say some of the cameras were half of SD resolution.  It was a total disgrace IMHO.

I also find myself saying SD camera, HD camera, SD camera, HD camera everytime they switch shots instead of watching golf!!!:bang:

Unfortunately I seem to be saying SD camera way more often.
