Channel 18-1 Variable Signal?

Does anyone else have this problem?

This morning I checked - it was high 70's - a solid, unwavering signal... now this afternoon it is in the 10-20 range....

This has happenned other days also - but only this channel (18-1) - all the other are fine...

Anybody else run into this?
