Satellite TV wiring question

For some of you engineering types:

I'm installing DirecTV in my corporate office which is now under construction. My project manager would like to limit the roof penetrations as much as possible. To that end he is asking me to run my coax from the satellite in a conduit that would also contain 4 conductors of low-voltage wiring. Probably 24 volts. Does anyone see any problem doing this ?? Obviously, I'd be using RG-6/U or something better ?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

This is totally acceptable and will cause no problems.  This meets NEMA code so go for it.
