I found a site that can help you discover the longitude and latitude of your house:
  http://tiger.census.gov/cgi-bin/mapbrowse-tbl/

You have to interactively get the map to be centered on you house, and then read the L/L.  Unfortunately, they are in degrees and fraction of degree, rather than degrees:minutes:seconds, so you then have to convert.

This is the U.S. Census Bureau.

An even easier method for obtaining your Lat/Long - Go to Mapblast.com, enter your street address & zip code. Your coordinates will be listed in upper right
