Okay now lets go for reliable signals, something you can actually watch.  If you get more than 1 breakup, drop out, signal loss in a half hour, you just missed the whole show.

I actually hooked up a Radio Shack UHF 4 foot antenna (don't know model number) and combined it with my trusty D.bow tie...and I get a frozen multi-colored picture now on WITI/DT.

....wooohoooo.....

Although I did notice bigger gain on all other channels. 36-1, which I was having trouble pulling this in, comes in now very strong now, as does 22-1...which used to constantly break-up.

Oh well...wake me when it's over and it's done.......(-taken from Faster Pussycat ;) )

I wasn't getting their digital signal until last week.  Tonight they had a couple programs in HD.  I watched about 10 minutes of one and 15 of the other.  There were no picture breakups or audio dropouts of any kind on 6-1 with my rooftop antenna.  I am extremely shocked at this turn for the good and very pleased.  Bring on the football season!

Watched all of 'The Casino' ... wow.

Great pic. DD2.0 audio. No breakups, freezes, pixelation.

53051. Nice.

Like ^ said. Bring on the football season !

Couldn't - Can't.

I do get the signal at 40%, but I can't get a stable lock. It locks but then breaks up relatively frequently.

With my new 8 bow tie Channel Master, if I'm aimed right at them I can hold a solid signal.

I spoke with someone this morning who suggested that the lack of a lockable signal might be due to the nearness of Channel 12's digital signal (34) to Fox6's (33).

He said that he had actually gotten the signal by re-aiming his antenna to compensate.  Rather than aiming the antenna for a spot directly bewteen the 6 and 12 signal to get both equally, he began by aiming it directly at the 6 signal first, and then gradually moving it in the opposite direction from 12  (in most cases to the right), further away further from BOTH signals until he locked on a good solid 6 signal.

May not work in all cases... matter of fact it may not work for anyone but him!

But it's worth  a try....

I tuned in to 6-1 on my Mitts and receive a signal with a lot of pixelation and sound drop outs.  Before I received nothing.  On my Hughes DiercTV HD box OTA input, I receive 15% on the meter with a locked signal, but no picture or sound.

This is much the same resultas I had with 58 (1-1) several months ago.

I live in Racine about three blocks from the lake and about 3 miles from the Milwukee County border.
