Maybe the person at Time Warner has finally joined with the rest of us that state TNT-"HD" is a total waste of HD bandwidth.

TNT-HD is a major improvement in both picture and sound over analogue TNT on cable. The analogue picture on channel 33 TWC is almost painful to watch on a big screen.  

I have started to watch TNT again since I got cable on 533.

I would most certainly welcome an upconvert or sometimes HD from a digital WB (518) over the barely-watchable mess on TWC analogue 18 anytime, anyday!:D

TNT analog does not distort each and every program. Upconvert all you want and call it digital. Do not distort to claim "HD."

I'll take being able to view it with more clarity and dimension even with some distortion. When my HDTV stretches the analogue 33  it is much worse than 533, believe me and the lack of picture elements make 33 look washed out and fuzzy.
