CBS golf to be all HD

The core digital/Southwest television HD production truck used last season for CBS college football is now assigned to CBS golf.

This would lead to the logical conclusion that the golf events will be covered in HD.

Other news from an HD truck standpoint:  Every new truck and some old ones are being built for HD.

Trio from Chicago has one, converting another currently.  (WGN sports)

Token Creek Productions based in Madison is working on the financing for a new truck as well.

Thanks Andy this is great news.  My Father in Law was over on Easter for Dinner and just loved the Masters.  However he did comment that my SCREEN was almost bigger than the GREENS at Augusta!:D
