Did WDJT 58 remapped 1.1 to 46?

For a couple weeks now since the beginning of the NCAA Tourney, my Dish 811 receiver has not been displaying WDJT 58 on channel 1.1, but instead it keeps changing it to 46.  Did WDJT remap their channel?  Everytime I add WDJT to channel 1.1, it 'll stay on 1.1 until I change to another channel.  Once I flip to a different channel, the 1.1 gets remapped to channel 46.  

Also, I've noticed (especially during the NCAA tourney) that the WMLV signal seems to take over all the WDJT's multicast channels including the CBS channel.  All the channels would just display the WMLV signal and not their respective CBS signal.  This was extremely frustrating on Saturday when NCAA men's semis were about to get underway.  Both 46.1 and 46.2 was showing nothing but the Mayoral candidate interviews, how boring!  After a couple manul attempts to re-add the channel, I was finally able to tune in the CBS HD feed of the NCAA games.  Thank goodness!
Has anyone experienced this same issue with their Dish 811 or DirectTv receivers lately?

I also have the Dish 811 and have had the same problem.  Ever since the start of the NCAA Tournament it has been remapping to 46.1 and 46.2.
